Sharing a Poll: Why would you want to do this?
If a tree falls and no one is there to see it, does it make any noise? If you create a poll and no one is there to vote on it, is there any value? Sharing a poll is an essential part of the entire polling process. If you don't let people know what you are asking, did you really ask the question at all?
Sharing a poll is incredibly simple: let's discuss a few options:
After you have created a poll, visit the poll URL and click on the Share button.
-
Share Link: The simplest way to share your poll is to copy the poll URL when on the poll you want to share, or simply click the Copy button on the Share Link section. With that link, you can share anywhere you can send that link to.
-
Share on Social Media: The next way to share your poll is to click on a social media button and your URL will be shared to that social media channel.
-
Embed: The final way to share a poll is to embed a poll into a blog article. If you have a website, blog or some other code on the web, copy the iframe by clicking on the copy button. Paste this code into the HTML code or WordPress article.
If you have trouble with embedded polls not being shown due to being blocked by CSP (Content Security Policy), you might be blocking this. Ask your hosting provider if you are having trouble with this, or you can send us a message on our Contact page.
